• Express shipping: orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as holidays, weather, and the availability of items.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order by logging into your account on the KenyaMartShop website.

Returns and Exchange Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@kenyamartshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received. All returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
